aoa,sir mere walid nay chand saal pehle aik 5 marle ka ghar hum 2 sisters kay naam tamleeq ka intiqaal kar diya .men already is ghar men 10 saal ssay reh rahi hoon.abhi mere walid hayat hain.ab men nay walid ki sarbarahi men hi behen say us ka hissa kharid kar,behen kay fard no ki base par apne naam rigister karwa liya he.rigistry par mere walid kay sign gawah kay taur par mojood hen.sir my question is that is all this sale and purchase deed legal in the life of my father?and what is the authenticity of the document of that tamleeq on intiqaal paper written by patwari,and made by my father in the names of us,two sisters.
