Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

aoa,sir a woman dies leaving behind her two sons,a husband,and her parents and sisters alive,but no brother.now my question is this if the parents of this deceased woman does not claim for their share in the property of their daughter in their own life time then after their death their other daughters(sisters of deceased woman)have the right to claim for the left share of their parents in her property?

when a women dies leaving behind any sharer and for example a, b and c after that c dies leaving behind D, E so the D and E will claim from C not from the women who died earlier.

and after getting thier share they execute any deed by way of sale or surrender.
