Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i have applied to transfer agriculture land in to commercial non agriculture land and plotting map is ready and main entry road is connected with near by non agriculture land's main road but townplaning department asking for no objection certificat from near by n.a land owner and land owner refused to sign it. what shoud i do now.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should get the plotting map designed by your own Architect in such a way that the approach road to your plot of land is independent, and the approach road in no way encroaches on to the nearby NA plot of land.
