Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

An area of 5.00 Acres has been acquired by Govt of India under urgency clause and passed an award of Rs.21000 in year 1960.Out of Rs.21000 they had paid an amount of Rs.3100 to us.But till date(i.e 2016 ) they have not paid remaining amount of award which was passed in 1960 nor they have not taken possession of the land.From 1960 to till date we pattedars are on the possession of the said land and paying revenue tax and other to state government

Can you please help me out in giving me an opinion on the same that will 1960 award is valid can we acquire the land now as the govt. of india had filed case against us now for taking possession.

1) Unless the GO is rescinded, the ownership vests in the Govt.

2) Move the Govt. and get another GO cancellation of acquisition.
