Hello, Myself Ashish Patel,

I bought a new flat in Navsari,Gujarat. I do datavej in march'13 but due to some circumstaces I am unable to pay amount mentioned in cheque which is mentioned in dastavej. So does it means that my dastavej cancelled & I have do dastavej one more time. Also i want to share information that my cheque was bounce due to insufficient balance in account.

So pls guide me to move forward.

Before cancelling the dastavej, they should issue a notice. If u can't pay, then they can cancel it. Seek more time to pay if you have problem. For the bounce cheque, issue a new one otherwise they can file a criminal compl. u/s 138 N.I.ACt.
