Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

assalam o alaikum

sir if anyone builts a house on fathers land,in the father,s life time then when the father dies and distribution accours,will this house also be distribute among legal heirs or not? in case when this house is also constructed by the financial help of late father and how one can prove that?

no, house can't be distributed... value of property ll be adjusted between heirs.
