) Does bank has power to give limit on HUF property by Mortgage for business purpose when all the persons of that property are not agree?

Dear Sir / Madam,
In an HUF, the karta acts on behalf of all the members of the HUF If the karta has pledged the property, agreement of all the other members of the HUF is not necessary.
