Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I belong to a Hindu joint family of four brothers. We have a common ancestral property. Also I have an own property earned from my own money. However, there was no partition deed made between us brothers. Does that mean even my brothers have a right to equal share on my own asset? Please advise.
