Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I belongs to a farmer family. Their is no will made by my father and after my father death (15 years passed) , the small brother started take all the income coming from farm land giving me no portion and i have also not asked for it . I want to tell you that our land are give on lease to other farmers. But now when i started to ask for some portion then he said we should go for division of property. Thats also right but what about that money which he have earned from land in past years and not given me a single portion. Is this point will make my portion on property more and what should i do ? I want to tell you that i am a govt. servant .

Sir

You have to for partition of the property. And since your brother is taking all the proceeds from the land, you have to claim relief for settlement of accounts.

There is no problem if you are government servant, you can still file a lawsuit.
