Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have booked a duplex in Indore (MP) 2 year before now my builder is giving passation but he is asking for 4.96% server tax on Property Value minus land cost.
But as per my understanding it should be 3.09% please advice.
Also please suggest what action I should take in this case.

The building cost is much less and merely 2% of it if possible pay it, and take possession.in legal course with builder it is rather difficult for buyer to letigate.
