Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I booked a flat in july 2012 . Possession time dec 2014 . But builder did not give possession till date. His construction is very slowly. What should i do.

You may claim refund if you wish to. Else wait for possession. You can claim penalty for delayed possession. There must be a penalty clause in builder buyer agreement.
