Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i booked a flat in 2012 and was promised in REGISTRY to get flat possion in Dec 2013. I took bank Loan from SBI but now I understand that the land has Govt RESERVATION on it and builder has not been able to get it cleared and building is not progressing.

This information was hidden from me and now I want to cancell the REGISTRY and get back my money with 9% interest as beyond DEC 2013, there is a clause in REGISTRY that for late giving the builder will pay 9% interest on money.

Please guide for refund of my money with interest by email.

you will need to consult a lawyer with all the document so that a proper course of action may be decided. you may also have to file a police case against the builder. for query contact 9312411481.
