Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I booked a property at Khargar, being developed by reputed developer. In the sales brocher, he had shown green glasses on all french windows of drawing room and bedrooms. The look of the building was quite appealing in the brochure. But now, the building is coming to completion stage and we are seeing all plain normal glasses being fixed. I asked the sales person, they are just delaying the answer for it. Pl tell me, what I can do, as the product being delivered is not as what it was advertised and shown.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the building construction detail in your Agreement is in confirmity with the original brochure / manual and specifically mentions that the entire building exterior will be of green tinted glass, and if the Developer subsequently deviates from the specifications provided in the brochure / manual, you should inform the Builder to adhere to specifications, failing which, you will be constrained to fix green tinted glass around the exterior of your apartment / flat and recover the differential cost from the Developers.
Regards,
