Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have booked a villa in 2013 in Hyderabad for 45 lacks and paid 29 lacks and had agreement with him on 1st October 2013. After that I have paid Rs 10 lacks after 6 months of the agreement. Now builder saying that the agreement is not valid and denied to register the villa. Now I have agreement for rs.29 lacks and receipts for rs.10 lacks. Kindly advice me how to react.

1) What type of agreement u entered into is to be examined.
2) What is the reason for the builder to deny registration.
3) There is no escalation of cost from 2013 rather fallen in Hyd.
4) U will not forego the amount of 39 lacs paid.
5) Discuss with the builder and settle amicably.
6) If failed, think of issuing legal notice.
