Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We bought 3 adjacent properties measuring 30 * 40 each in Bangalore in the year 1995 as GPA paying a consideration amount for each.....we registered the property in 2008 but later learned that the original seller had died a year earlier...now when we wanted to sell it, the children of the seller have put a claim on the property showing registration papers dated 2011...they say we have no right on the property....what do we do....pls help...
