Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I bought an under construction flat in Ivy Estate (Wagholi,Pune, builder - KoltePatil), after the registration done, he is asking Rs 32 / Sq ft more towards some new water supply scheme, is it legal, do i have to pay more?

yes but see your agreement or sale deed if this cluase is already there or not, if not you may have to pay, if included in the price then you might claim it from the seller. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
