Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I bought a flat in bangalore, project under construction for pas two years, builder has not finalized contract, how should we get contract and how can we get the contract registered, who pay the registration fees etc and where to register contract ? please help.

Most of the states have separate laws regulating construction and sale of flats. Proceed in accordance with law applicable to state where flat situated.
