Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
we have bought a flat in mumbai central suburbs in 2007,at that there were some minor repairs tobe done to the buildings,so builder did not issued a possession letter though we started residing in the flat.since then we didnt received the possession letter. now we are planning to sell the property,the buyer is insisting on possession letter. does it really require as per law. Please advice

once you have the sale deed, then the sale deed also incorporates the possession of the property
