Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have bought one ground land from a person, who is fifth from the first owner. Like me, six persons bought land. The total area is around 12 grounds. The land belongs to Chengalpattu initialy, but now it belongs to chennai. The grandson of one of the first owner with a support of political person filed a case against his family member who sold the property first time at chengalpattu. When we purchased, we were not aware of the case. Now, the court issued order in favour of that grandson saying that the land now belongs to the grandson, as nobody raised any objection during the court trail, because the current owners are not aware of the court trial. Based on the court order, now they started the construction. Can we apply for an injunction at Chennai or at Chengalpattu. I came to know that one of the current owner already applied for a stay during the final proceedings and using the money power, they cancelled the stay. Now only I happen to know all the affected persons. Now what can we do?
