Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi i bought a land and constructed the house in year 2010 in dehardun (India) which my parents also contributed some money.The house registration is in joint name between me and my mother.Also there is ongoing loan of 34lakhs in which me and my father are sharing the EMIs ..At this moment me and my parents are not in very cordial terms and im currently employed in Australia.Please advise , is it possible my mother can transfer a share of my property to my married sister's name (or her kids) which i m not willing to share. Please advise?

Since the property is joint, the whole property or any part of it can't be disposed off in any manner by any party without the sanction of the other party. Hence your mother can't do so. Call for more help.
