Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I bought 1 plot in Pune , but its not NA , so is it transfer on my name ? though its not NA , agent had given us watanipatrak of this land . How can I transfer it on my name ?

If it is registered vatani patra land it is legal and the eligible share out of partition ca be transferred on official records.
