Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
i bought proprerty while i was in abroad so i my mother sighned on it as owner.one of my sister who had been kicked by our mom and all of us,is claiming sharing holder after my mom,s death, please advise me. i have all avedence ,payment detail, witness, and all deta ,my bank statements that shows about my payment detail.all my other brothers sisters are also supporting me as they were also witness about my property.

infact u r real owner of the property does't matter in whom name it is registered. u can git it declare from court and make it transfer in your name from concerned department.
