Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have bought room in 1982 and i have all the documents from 1982 but we have not paid full amount to the Vendor but in the year 2005 we have paid all the dues payment and bought the room and now it is our property but the room from which we have borrowed she is expire and her grand daughter is saying that it is her room but from past 35 years we are staying in that room with all our documents . Now she has send me an notice from lawyer kindly guide me and also i dont have photo pass .
