Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Brother has kept the original of my Property paper and he is not giving the same and denying the fact that he is keeping the original paper.

Please let me know what steps need to be taken ,as I want to sell that property.

Also the property is undivided property between me and my brother.

Please help me regarding the same.

seek the partition of the property and after the property is partitioned you can sell your share. It is apparent your brother will not cooperate with you in the sale of the property.for further query contact 9312411481
