Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My brothers made me and my mother sign legal property documents, immediately after my father's demise, and transferred most property to their own names. This happened 15 years back. They did not let me or my mother read the documents.
4 years back they made me and my mother sign another set of documents, and got the largest property which was still in my late father's name, transferred to their own.
I do not know what all they might have written in the documents. Can I still claim that property in court? What is the probability of winning the case?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You ought to have read and clearly understood the implications before signing each and every property document. How can you say that after signing, you still do not know what all they have written ? You are simply making a foolish statement.
