Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We are two brothers, my mother owns a flat and now she has made registery on my name. Now my brother is harassing me and my mother, that he also want a share in the flat. And due to some issues my mother is not in favour of giving him but then also he is disturbing us and society as well. So I just want to ask that, on legal grounds what he can do...? And what we should do.?
