Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My brother's relatives are property brokers since 20 years and earned crores of rupees, they do all type of wrong works in this field alongwith govt. servants of registrar office. My brother has sold a plot of our family by a well predefined planning made by his relatives by sign of my mother in such a way that I could not know exact location and date of selling of plot. Plot was most probably in the name of my father. My father is not alive. Can I take any legal criminal or civil action against my brother ,his relatives and my mother.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You can apply for all copies of the plot documents / records from the Tehsildar / District Registrar to verify whether its title earlier vested in the name of your deceased father.
