I brought land in may 2009. The land was sold by Power agent who has authority to sell the land as entered in the registered deed. My land was against sold by the original owner of the property to someone in November 2009. Power agent who sold the land to me not informed to the original owner, so she sold the land to another. But the mistake, the second buyer without seeing EC, brought my land. Now, the same is registered in my name and also in second buyer. How to cancel the second deed? Any land registration act confirms that the first buyer has the full ownership of the property, because the second buyer without seeing EC brought the land

The second sale is null and void, return the consideration and register the SAMADHAN PAVATI, to avoid the criminal prosecution .
