our builder wants different amount for maintenance of the colony and when people are asking for same amount he is not listening and stopping the services like garbage collection etc of the people who are opposing him. what can we do to make our own society and take all rights from him.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Societies usually charge and levy the same lump sum amount to all members towards common maintenance expenses. The builder cannot stop rendering essential services to the members. At the most, the builder may opt for calculating and charging Maintenance Charges based on the carpet area / built-up area of each resident member of the Colony.
