can one buy agricultural land taken over by government and alloted for cultivation to landless people under maharashtra agricultural lands(ceilings on holdings)act, for indusrial purpuse? land to be puchased in maharashtra state in india

No agricultural land cannot be used for industrial purpose.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will have to first convert the Agricultural Land to Non-Agricultural Land (NA Land) and only thereafter will you be entitled to use the land for industrial purpose.
