I buy same land 45days ago but seller nat satisfy transuction and his wife do case under act156(3) against me i pay full amoumt of many what i do pls sugest me

If you have purchased the land by way registered sale deed in sub registrars office and the owner is satisfiedwith total consideration, nothing to worry,if all sellers are legally full owners of the property
