Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I buy land from someone. now I received court notice for enquiry. because the sister of the owner claiming that she didn't informed. and claiming her part from her brothers son because brother and brothers wife is dead. so basically the dispute is between owner and his sister. also I buy property from 4th person not directly from that owner. means before me 3 times that property is sale-purchased. sister of owner is claiming after 15-20 years of 1st purchase. now what I do?

Sister's suit is barred by limitation Act. It will not stand even on merit.
