i have buy a property(FLAT) which is unregistered,bt whn i am buying it,the owner told me that every person in his house would agree to signed in the pepar,,bt before the registery he have a sudden accidental death,and now nobody is willing to sign the pepar..i have sale deed,i hold the position,,bt how to register it??is there a possible way through poppet order??

You will need to get the flat registered through a Court order.

how can sale deed be made unless its registered do you have the proof of making the payment ... do reply so that you can compel them to make the registration for details mail me at [email protected]
