Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have to buy a resedencial plot in duhai ghaziabad.project name is green county this is a mutation land from agri to resedencial.this land is on the name of farmer but developed by builder.builder name is arc group.land khasra no. Is 170,171,172.please advice me that buying this land is ok or not.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should obtain a Title Clearance Certificate from a Solicitor and thereafter purchase the land.
