Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I'm buying a plot in a layout from a Property developer. While registering the site on my name, should I be paying the Legal Expenses and Khata Transfer fees or the Developer?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Each party bears its own legal expenses and the transfer fees are usually shared 50-50 between the seller and the buyer.
