I want to cancel a development agreement please tell me procedure

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the development agreement does not bear the signature of at least 70% members of the Society, you do not have any legal binding for performance thereon, and if the Agreement is registered, your letter to the concerned registering authority cancelling the same is sufficient.
