Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

In case of a benami property, the wish of the deceased real investor/ owner was to transfer the property to his children. But the benamidar transfers it to his own daughter. Can the children of the real owner still retrieve the property from the third party to whom the benamidar has transferred?
