Case 1. After the demise of my mother and father in law my wife want to transfer shop on her name as she is the only daughter from her and only she has the right to claim there shop property but original registry is kept by her maternal uncle who is refusing to handover to my wife. we have obtained the photocopy of registry from tehsil which is on my wife mother's name.
kindly tell us the further procedure to how we can transfer the shop property to my wife name. so we can further legally use or sell this property without any problem.
2. kindly guide us is stamp duty need to pay by us or there are no stamp duty required on transferring if needed the what percent and also tell the percent to pay for registration.

Firstly, she has to acquire a legal heir certificate. There could be no transfer without that.
