Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
a case has been filed on me that i am not selling my land which i have done a banakhat but the party doesnt have money to pay me and he is not even giving installments and upon that he filed a case against me that i am not selling as i am getting high price of land but the truth is i want to sell but he is purposly taken the case in court and due to dates its just getting extended. please advice

You tell the Court that you don't have any problem selling it to him, if he pays the required amount.
otherwise you can always say that you don't want to sell it to him.
