In case of immovable property, is the Power of Attorney given for executing sale is valid if the person giving power of attorney dies before the registration of sale deed happens?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the person who has given the Power of Attorney has signed the Agreement for Sale prior to his / her demise, the Sale is valid.
