In case order by lower court has been passed for auction of ancestral property due to reason that property is not possible to be divided among 4 partners due to the land is not square ...
The said order was passed on 23/08/2013 & was received to us through by our Advocate on 10/08/2013.
What will be next process to be happened in context of execution of this auction process ...
Till now either of the parties have not been served any notice for execution of order by lower court.
Please advise ... how much overall time it takes for the execution ?
