in a case of unilateral incompetent cancelletion of an agreement of sale done with a intention to create a fradulent sale in favour of third parties--a writ petition challenging the entire process of both unilateral incompetent cancelletion and further fradulent sale stood challenged--can the dept put the subject property in prohibited list to prevent further fraud and alienation?is it ok by law
