Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am a chartered accountant involved in legal battles in different courts. I appointed a lawyer but I am completely unsatisfied with his services. I want to represent myself before the concerned judge in district court/sessions court
Q1. Do I need to take permission from the concerned judge of the court or high court or other administrative officer?
Q2. Does the application need to be made in prescribed form or simple application on date of hearing or in advance?
Q3.whether need to withdraw appointed lawyer or continue with the appointed lawyer and myself together
Q4. I am a senior citizen, who wants to expedite the matter. Can I make an application to the justice?

Dear Sir / Madam,
1. NO, you do not need to take permission to represent your matter yourself in the Court.
2. You can submit the application to the Writer a day before the date of hearing of the case in the Court.
3. YES, to avoid cross contradictory views, since you are appearing in person, you should withdraw the appointed lawyer from the case.
4. YES, you should plead before the Judge to expedite the delivery of the judgement order in the case.
