Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We are three children for our father, i am last daughter and two are elder sons, Before my father death he has written will according to that till my mother no one has right to take the property. Now, there are lot of misunderstanding in-between the three children, can we sell the property with the acceptance of my mother. Until she is there for her also no rights to sell or mortgage the property my father has written will like that and she can enjoy all the rents till she is there after her we have to share the property according to my father will.

yes your mother can sell the property .........
she is free to enjoy the same during her life time ...........
