Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

In a co-operative can a deemed tenant claim the corpus fund.Since the whereabouts of the original owner is not known ,to whom the corpus fund will go.Pl advise

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Corpus Fund will remain with the Society till such time as the original member comes and claims it. A tenant is not eligible to claim the Corpus Fund.
