Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A cooperative society has skipped the deadline of 30th Sept 2013 for holding the AGM. Can it now hold the AGM ?.Even now the books of accounts for the year ended 31/03/13 is not ready.Pl advise

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Society has to obtain permission from the Registrar granting extension of time limit to hold the AGM. Aggrieved members can complain to the Registrar to instruct the Secretary to hold the AGM of the Society without any further delay.
