We need a correct advise. My grandfather had property which was divided among my mother and her brother. Now when we are about to transaction property my uncle has arrived saying that he has minor rights in the property. the said property was brought with money from my grandmother's property sale in my grandfather's name and the division of property was done years befor my grandfather's death and when my mother and her brother was in their 40s. please advise if my uncle can claim minor right over the property and what we should do to avoid. the said property is registered in my mother's name and we are paying taxes for the same in my mother's name since the partition.
hoping to get answer soon. thank you.

If property purchase on his own cost then no right of any person but division of property partition deed registered at sub-registrar office and your grandfather's sign in this division partition deed.
