Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nigeria
a couple have different properties in their names. the wife has a property bought for her by her husband but was registered in her own name. she decides to sell the property but her husband puts a caveat on the property so she wont be able to sell. what can the wife do?

Which jusisdiction?
The caveat can not stand since the title rest with the wife. She can go ahead and sell the property.
Though you didn't indicate the type of caveat, she could have it removed legally.
