Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have court order in that some plots are given to my father after his death it must be named to my mom. For that I submitted a Farfar application Nazul office on dt. 18/10/12. But there is no answer from officer they they did not look the matter . so l given a l request letter to Dist. collector to look at the matter on dt. 20/03/13 . Then I got a letter on dt. 01/04/13 from Nazul office to submit a Varsa patrak . In march 2013 my relative sold the property without inform us. So again I given a request letter to dist. collector to stop the sale deed & give my mom Varsa patrak who is old ill & a widow woman.

Dist. collector is also a dist. Judge why did not he stop all this.

What we have to do to get the property back.

You should file a writ petition in the Court against the sale of the property by your relative.

One need to take appropriate legal steps for getting his / her property back.

A District Collector is not a District Judge.
