Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my dad is not in good terms with me and my mom. he owns a property worth 50 lakhs which he wants to sell now and pay a small amount to my mom(5 lakhs).he is not giving me any share as he says it his self earned property, but this property was constructed from the money which my grandmother gave to him after selling her property.i dont have any proof for this transaction. can i file a case against him as it is my ansetral property. please clarify

how will you prove your case?? if you want to you can file a suit for partition.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have time and again laid emphasis on the legally well established principle of law that the person who has the title of the property irrespective of whether it is ancestral or self acquired, is the sole deciding authority to deal with his / her property in the manner he / she best deems fit to. In this case, your father being in that position of authority, any case you file thereto will only remain a futile exercise.
